William Oakley

William L. "Billy" Oakley , 74, died Monday, January 21, 2013.  Born in Chesterfield, SC he was the son of the late Luther and Violia Chewning Oakley.  He was retired from Spartan Foods where he was a District Manager.  He was a member of Brocks Mill Baptist Church, Cheraw, SC.

Surviving are his son, Keith Oakley of Cheraw, SC, a sister, Gloria Jean Brewer of Bishopville, SC, a granddaughter, Lela Oakley of Cheraw, SC, and a life companion Sue Wallace Anderson.

The family will receive friends 12 noon to 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 23, 2013 in the Chapel of Kiser Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Brocks Mill Baptist Church Cemetery, Cheraw, SC.
