Sandy Carson Miller, 47, died on Monday, April 25, 2022.  Born, August 23, 1974, in Laurinburg, NC, he was a son of Jimmy Carson and Marvelene Clark Miller.  Sandy loved hunting, fishing, boating, music, NASCAR, wrestling, and his chickens.  He also enjoyed camping, riding four wheelers, and designing things.  Sandy loved going to daddy daughter dances with his daughter and loved life to the fullest and above all he loved his family.

Sandy leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Ashley Starling of the home; sons, Alex Miller (April) of Cheraw, SC, Bray Miller (Selina) of Wallace, SC, Dewayne Starling of Chesterfield, SC, Kayden Starling of Chesterfield, SC, Holden Jernigan of Laurel Hill, NC, and Carson Ward of Asheville, NC; a daughter, Sahvanna Starling of Chesterfield, SC; his parents, Jimmy Carson Miller and Marvelene Clark Miller of Laurel Hill, NC; brothers, Jimbo Miller (Tracy) of Wallace, SC, Phillip Miller of Laurel Hill, NC, and Chad Miller of Shallotte, NC; a sister, Rhonda Dunn-Williams (Eric) of Monroe, NC; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Kiser Funeral Home in Cheraw, SC.  Burial will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Laurinburg, NC.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. just prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.

The family is gathering at Sandy’s parents home at 9103 Cameron Street, Laurel Hill, NC 28351.

Kiser Funeral Home has been entrusted to serve the Miller family in their time of grief.
