Robert Lee Golden, Jr., age 49, peacefully passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025. He was born in Florence, SC, and was the son of Marietta Golden and the late Robert Golden, Sr.

Robert dedicated his life to his work as an electrician, following in the footsteps of his father. He was known for his unwavering passion for helping others, ensuring that everyone around him felt cared for and supported. Outside of his work, Robert enjoyed fishing, riding four-wheelers, and spending cherished moments in the great outdoors.

He is survived by his son, Grant Golden of Wallace, SC, his daughter, Brittany Golden of Mobile, Alabama, his loving mother, Marietta Golden, and his granddaughter, Anna Kate. He will also be remembered fondly by his close friend, Tony Boatwright, Jr., and his beloved dogs, Smokey and Coco.

Robert is preceded in death by his father, Robert Golden, Sr.

A memorial service to honor Robert's life will be scheduled for a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.

Robert Lee Golden, Jr. will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
