Linda Odom Maynor, 80, died Friday, December 4, 2020. Born in Bennettsville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Edwin Harold and Ina Mae Walters Odom. She was the widow of Larry Maynor and David Quick. She was retired from J.P. Stevens. She enjoyed traveling to many places over the years. She loved her family and friends, often cooking for them, and spending as much time with them as she could, especially her granddaughters and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Susie (Rickey) Pace of Cheraw, SC, brothers, E.H. “Bo” (Mai) Odom of Bennettsville, SC, Prentiss (Joann) Odom of Cameron, NC, Cecil (Carleen) Odom of Lumberton, NC, and Jimmy (Erica) Odom of Bennettsville, SC, sisters, Sybil (Sammy) Turner of Bennettsville, SC, Agnes Polson of Cheraw, SC, Gloria Williams of Cheraw, SC and Marilyn (Snooks) Coker of Bennettsville, SC, grandchildren, Erica Kincaid and Morgan Tucker, great-grandchildren, Logan Owens, Haven Owens, Eryne McLaughlin, Thorn Tucker and Lawton Tucker, and a special friend Carlise Huckabee.
She was preceded in death by her husbands and parents listed above, and a sister Patsy Thomas.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Friday, December 11, 2020.
A private memorial service will be held.
