Laura Ann Stubbs

Laura Ann Simmons Stubbs, 87, died Thursday, October 10, 2013. Born in Marlboro County she was the daughter of the late Fitzhugh Lee and Anna Simmons. She loved her family and enjoyed gardening and cooking.

She is survived by her sons Reese (Susan) Stubbs of Cheraw, SC, Daryl (Kit) Stubbs of Charleston, SC, Bun (Susan) Stubbs of Mt. Pleasant SC, daughters, Sally (Keith) Smith of Cheraw, SC, Laura Lee (Marty) Griggs of Chesterfield, SC, ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday October 13, 2013 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC.  The family will receive friends following the service.
