Joann B. Hyatt, 70, died April 5, 2015. Born in Walterboro, SC she was a daughter of the late Cannie E. and Lee Verly Garvin Benton. She was a member of Edwards Chapel Baptist Church, Society Hill, SC.

Surviving is her daughters Barbara  Flowers Oliver of Columbia, SC, Jessica Roscoe of Society Hill, SC, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents listed above brothers Cannie Benton, Jr., Jack Benton and a sister, Dora Kathleen Cordray.

The family will receive friends starting at 10:00 am Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Edwards Chapel Baptist Church, Society Hill, SC

A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Edwards Chapel Baptist Church, Society Hill, SC. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
