James Carl Haney, Sr., 72, died Friday, April 24, 2015. Born in Chesterfield, SC he was a son of the late James Crawford and Idell Turner Haney. He enjoyed driving his truck.

Surviving are his grandchildren, Jesse Haney of Patrick, SC, Elizabeth D. English of Cheraw, SC, Crystal Haney of Chesterfield, SC, Rosanna Haney of Cheraw, SC, a daughter-in-law, Tammy Reep Haney of Patrick, SC, a brother Cecil Haney of McBee, SC, great grandchildren, Tristan English, Talon Huggins, Cybella Huggins, Cylis Huggins and Joshua James Wallace.

He was preceded in death by his parents listed above, also, a son, James Haney, Jr., a brother, Rembert Haney and a sister, Helen Pegues.

The family will receive friend 10:00 am Monday, April 27, 2015 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 am, Monday, April 27, 2015 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC.
