Grady Brown, Sr., 90, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014. Born in Cheraw, SC he was a son of the late Hugh and Ola Cross Brown. He was a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church, Wallace, SC. Mr. Brown was a World War II Navy Veteran.

Surviving is his wife, Louise Quick Brown of the home, daughters, Martina B. (David) Thomas of Lexington, SC, Janet B Hines of Wallace, Kay B. Hall of Wallace, SC, sisters, Dorothy (Tom) Barnhill of Greenville, SC, Shirley (Lloyd) Brennan of Pinehurst, NC, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents listed above, also, a son Grady Brown, Jr., brothers, Hubert Brown, James Brown, sisters, Sadie Long, Rachel Hall, Ruby Eddins and Zella Henley.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, July 18, 2014 at Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens, Cheraw, SC.
