Surviving is his wife, Sara Boan James of Patrick, SC, a brother, William James of Chesterfield, SC, a sister, Sylvia James of Chesterfield, SC, sister-in-law Bonnie (Lavern) Tolson of Patrick, SC, niece, Jill (Brandon) Edwards of Patrick, SC, nephew, Eric (April) Tolson of Patrick, SC, great nephews, Ace Tolson and Parker Tolson of Patrick, SC.

The family will be receiving friends at 323 Hunts Mill Road, Patrick, SC.

The family will be having a private funeral service.
