Surviving are his parents listed above, a brother, Austin McIntosh of Cheraw, SC, an uncle, Will (Jo Anne) McIntosh of Clayton, NC, grandparents, Bill and Elise McIntosh of Cheraw, SC, and Mary Lucinda Lewis of Laurinburg, NC.

Because of the request made restricting large public assemblies, the family is holding a private memorial service.
