Evelyn Louise Marze Boan, 67, died Friday, April 17, 2020. Born in Fayetteville, NC, she was the daughter of the late Edwin W. and Berta Rieger Marze. She was the widow of Phil Boan. She was a dedicated nurse at Chesterfield County Memorial Hospital, Chesterfield General Hospital and McLeod Health Cheraw with over 40 years of service. Earlier in her life she enjoyed scuba diving and riding motorcycles with her husband. In recent years, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving is her son, Jonathan (Sarah) Boan of Greenville, SC, brothers, Charles (Margaret) Marze of Jefferson, NC, Douglas Marze of Greensboro, NC and grandchildren, Tempest Boan, Aryanna Boan, Adalynn Boan, and Hailey Boan.

The family will be holding a private graveside service.
