James Edward “Eddie” Polson, 59, died Monday, February 18, 2019. Born in Bennettsville, SC he was a son of the late James and Virginia Rathburn Polson. He was the widower of Cindy Brasington Polson. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving is his brother, Randy (Cindy) Polson of Wallace, SC, sisters, Jonnie (Carlos) Garces of Chesterfield, SC, Karen (Randy) Medlin of Simpsonville, SC, six nephews, 6 great nieces and 4 great nephews.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Hickory Grove Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service.
