Dorothy Jean Bullard, 74, died Sunday, June 21, 2015. Born in Hartsville, SC she was the daughter of the late Wade and Lottie Flowers Hicks. She was the widow of William E. “Billy” Bullard, Sr. She was the last survivor of her siblings. Mrs. Bullard was a retired LPN.

Surviving are her sons, David W. Bullard, Hartsville, SC, William E. Bullard, II, of Cheraw, SC, a daughter, Barbara J. Bullard-Mimms of Cheraw, SC, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends, 6 pm to 8 pm, Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Kiser Funeral Home, Cheraw, SC.

A funeral service will be held 5:00 pm, Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at St. David’s Episcopal Church. Burial will be in Old St. David’s Cemetery, Cheraw, SC.
