David Lee Webb, born on August 15, 1970, in Johnson City, New York, and passed away on June 2, 2024, in Cheraw, South Carolina.
David was a man who took pride in his work, and was known for his exceptional work ethic. He approached task with dedication and diligence, earning him the reputation of being a hardworker among his peers.
Outside of work, David had a variety of hobbies and interests that brought him joy. From woodworking to painting, playing video games to watching old TV shows, David found pleasure in the simple things in life. His favorite TV show was M.A.S.H., which he and his wife had watched every episode and could always quote lines with a smile on his face.
David will be dearly missed by his surviving family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife Dawn Webb, of the home, step-son Francis (Charity) Held, of Chenango Forks, NY, cherished grandson Caleb Dubois, sisters Kathy Picard, of NY and Patricia (Marc) Cohn, of PA, as well as nieces Danielle (Timm) Ames and Amie (Sean) Pitman, and great nieces and nephews, Lillyana, Orion, Teagen and Killian.
David was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Florence Webb, a brother Dennis Webb and brother-in-law John Peterson.
In everything he did, David Lee Webb touched the lives of those around him with his hardworking nature and kind spirit. He will be remembered for his dedication to his craft, love for his family, and the joy he brought to those fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in peace knowing he made a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
