Andrew C. Baxter, 63, died Thursday, November 16, 2017. Born in Savannah, GA he was the son of the late Dilmus Candler and Margaret Seckinger Baxter. He was a graduate (and member of the Ag Club) of Berry College, Rome, GA. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, baseball, bicycling eating, fishing and cross country running. He loved spending time with his dogs, cats and fish.

Surviving is his wife, Lavenia “Levi” Bass Baxter of Cheraw, SC.

He was preceded in death by his parents listed above and a sister, Cynthia Baxter Sears.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 19, 2017 at Cheraw First Baptist Church Family Life Center.
